Leafwright is a document studio and PDF API operated by Tactic Systems ("Leafwright", "we"). This policy describes what we collect, why, and how to reach us. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.

What we collect

  • Account data. Your email address and authentication identifiers, handled through Supabase Auth. If you sign in with an OAuth provider, we receive the profile fields that provider shares.
  • Billing data. Subscriptions and metered usage are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep plan, invoice, and usage records.
  • Document content.The HTML, templates, and data you send are processed to render your PDFs. Rendered documents are delivered through time-limited signed URLs and stored according to your project's storage settings — including your own S3 or Google Cloud Storage bucket if you configure one.
  • Operational data. Render jobs, logs, API request metadata, and usage counters, kept so you can debug renders and we can enforce quotas.
  • Analytics. Vercel Analytics (cookieless) measures page traffic and performance on the marketing site. If Google Analytics is enabled, it is configured without advertising personalization.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your documents or templates to train AI models. AI template features send only the prompt and template context you provide to our model providers, with secrets redacted before logging.

Subprocessors

Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and Google Cloud (rendering infrastructure and optional storage). If you configure bring-your-own storage, documents are written to your bucket under your provider agreement.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active. Render artifacts follow your project's storage settings and signed-URL expiry. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal compliance.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. Email support@leafwright.coand we'll respond within 30 days.
