These terms govern your use of Leafwright, a document studio and PDF API operated by Tactic Systems. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.
The service
Leafwright renders HTML, URLs, and templates into documents, and provides the surrounding workspace: templates, brand kits, render jobs and logs, webhooks, usage tracking, and an MCP server for AI agents. We may improve or change features over time; we won't materially reduce what a paid plan includes mid-cycle.
Accounts and keys
You are responsible for your account, your team members' access, and your API keys. Keep keys secret and rotate them if you suspect exposure. Test keys are for development; live keys bill against your plan.
Plans, quotas, and billing
Plans include a monthly credit allotment (one credit renders up to 50 pages). The free plan stops rendering at its cap. Paid plans may enable metered overage, billed through Stripe at the rates shown on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next billing cycle.
Acceptable use
Don't use Leafwright to produce unlawful, infringing, or deceptive documents; don't probe or overload the service outside documented limits; don't resell raw access without an agreement. We validate submitted HTML and reject content that risks the rendering infrastructure.
Your content
You own the documents, templates, and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and store them solely to provide the service. We don't use your content to train AI models.
Availability and support
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep it fast and available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Renders are tracked jobs with retries; webhooks are delivered with capped exponential backoff.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
